Data Processing Executive – Job Description A Data Processing Executive is responsible for entering, processing, verifying, and maintaining information in company systems while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks. Main Responsibilities: - Enter and process data in company software and databases. - Verify information for accuracy and completeness. - Review records and identify errors or missing details. - Update and maintain digital records. - Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets. - Organize and manage data-related documents. - Follow company procedures for data processing. - Maintain the confidentiality of company and customer information. - Coordinate with team members to resolve data-related issues. - Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.



Required Skills: - Basic computer knowledge. - Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. - Positive typing and data-entry skills. - Attention to detail. - Good organizational skills. - Time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team. Qualification: Usually 12th Pass or Graduation, depending on the company. Experience: Freshers can apply.
