Position Summary
Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location / Coverage Area: Malappuram District (Base Office: Perinthalmanna)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify potential business clients across Malappuram district and introduce Adwils Communications' advertising services.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Sales & Pitching: Conduct field visits, present advertising packages/solutions tailored to client needs, and close sales deals.
Market Research: Gather market trends, competitor insights, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Coordination: Work closely with the internal creative and operations team to ensure timely execution and delivery of client projects.
Reporting:



Maintain daily/weekly sales activity logs and report performance metrics to management.

Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Plus Two (+2) or higher (Graduation preferred).
Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Vehicle Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (essential for field visits).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam (English proficiency is a plus).
Positive negotiation and persuasive sales skills.
Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
Basic knowledge of advertising, local markets, or marketing concepts.
