Make outbound calls to vehicle owners.
Introduce and explain free vehicle inspection services.
Qualify leads and fix appointments.
Schedule appointments in CRM with accuracy.
Ensure complete and correct appointment details.
Follow scripts and maintain quality standards.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of appointment-setting experience in the automobile industry.
Own laptop (mandatory).
Headphones with mic (mandatory).
Strong communication skills and ability to follow structured processes.
