Job Responsibilities
Manage daily spare parts stock and inventory.
Maintain proper stock records and update inventory details in the DMS system.
Issue spare parts to technicians as per job card requirements.
Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests for required spare parts.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure the timely availability of spare parts.
Handle spare parts inward and outward entries.
Check and maintain spare parts invoices, bills, and related documents.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock discrepancies.
Monitor rapid-moving and slow-moving spare parts.
Ensure proper storage and arrangement of spare parts.
Coordinate with suppliers and the company parts department for orders and pending items.
Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.

Required Skills
Knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts.




Inventory management and stock control skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Experience in DMS or inventory software is preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and responsibility for stock accuracy.

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (preferred).
Experience: Relevant experience in two-wheeler spare parts management is preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 8.0 per week
