We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Calling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers and prospects, generate leads, follow up with existing leads, and support the sales team in converting business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
Handle inbound calls and provide relevant information about the company's products and services.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable solutions.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
Schedule product/service demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
Regularly follow up with interested and pending leads.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
Prepare basic daily calling and follow-up reports.
Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 6 months–2 years of calling, telecalling, customer support, or sales experience will be preferred.
Hindi and English communication skills are preferred.
Compensation
Salary: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
