Key Responsibilities
Data Input: Transcribe information from paper documents, PDFs, audio files, or scanned records into digital formats.
Verification & Error Correction: Check data against source documents, find discrepancies, and fix mistakes to ensure high accuracy.
Record Organization: Organize physical and electronic files, delete duplicate records, and maintain proper filing systems.
Reporting & Backups: Create routine management reports and perform regular data backups.
Confidentiality: Protect sensitive company and customer information following security protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Typing Speed: Rapid and accurate typing, typically 40 to 60 words per minute (WPM) or higher.
Technical Proficiency: Robust command of Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Suite, and database programs.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot tiny errors in numbers or text to prevent reporting issues.
Organization: Robust time-management and multi-tasking skills to handle large volumes of repetitive tasks

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
