Videographer & Photographer at AUOME

AUOME is an atelier in Delhi, part of House of Siwach. We shape identities, objects, packaging and publications, and we work slowly, with intention.

House of Siwach is also building ventures in other spaces, including FMCG. You will shoot for the atelier and for these ventures, and hold each to the same standard.

We are looking for a videographer and photographer to be the eye of the House, working directly with the founder. The work is led by fashion editorial: high-level shoots with direction, styling and a point of view. Alongside it sits product, packaging and film.

What you will do
Conceive, direct and shoot fashion editorials, from moodboard and casting to final selects
Photograph portraits, objects, materials and interiors in warm, controlled light
Shoot products and packaging for the House’s ventures, from atelier pieces to consumer goods
Direct and shoot short films with a slow, cinematic pace
Edit and colour grade photographs and films to the House’s standard
Plan shoots, scout locations, and work with stylists, models and makeup artists
Keep an organised archive: files named, versions recorded,

What you need
A solid fashion editorial body of work, with a transparent point of view and command of direction and styling
Mastery of natural, tungsten and studio light, composition and texture
Product and packaging photography skill (FMCG experience is a plus)
Fluency in Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
Your own camera kit, or a willingness to work with the House’s [equipment details]
At least [3 to 4] years of professional experience
Restraint: no trend-driven edits, no filters
A student’s mind: you are always learning, you take direction well, and you seek out new techniques, references and tools
Discretion, as the work is confidential before launch

What you get
₹35,000 to ₹50,000 monthly, based on experience
