Job Title: Hospital Receptionist

Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, skilled, and well-organized Hospital Receptionist to manage front-desk operations, assist patients, handle appointments, and provide administrative support to the hospital team.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and visitors and guide them to the appropriate department or doctor.
Handle incoming calls, patient inquiries, and appointment bookings.
Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
Manage OPD appointments, doctor schedules, and follow-up visits.
Maintain patient files, billing records, and other necessary documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other hospital departments.
Handle basic billing, consultation fee collection, and receipt generation, if required.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and professional.
Assist patients with registration,



reports, and general hospital procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: graduation preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of patient registration and appointment management is an advantage.
Ability to handle patients and visitors politely and professionally.
