About the Role
Subhasri Pigments is hiring an Assistant Manager for Sales & Marketing to drive revenue growth across our pigment business. This is a hands-on role covering the full cycle — from identifying recent customers and industries through to order fulfilment, collections, and key-account management. You will work closely with production, quality, dispatch and finance teams, and represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify new customers, industries and market opportunities.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts and customers.
Generate enquiries, prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
Coordinate with production, quality, dispatch and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers for collections.
Conduct regular customer visits and represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.
Study competitor activity, pricing trends and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and performance reviews for management.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate their timely resolution.
Guide and support junior members of the sales team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Commerce or Business Administration.
MBA in Marketing preferred.
Required Skills
Robust communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
Positive commercial understanding and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP software, sales reporting and CRM systems.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings.
Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
