We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their travel requirements, and generate sales prospects through calls and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
Explain the company's travel packages, offers, and services to customers.
Understand customer needs, travel preferences, and budget requirements.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and travel consultant teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in handling calls and convincing potential customers.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Solid follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an added advantage.
