Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support purchase-related operations in our hospital/clinic. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of accounting principles, financial documentation, vendor coordination, and purchase management.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Maintain daily accounting transactions, ledgers, and financial records.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries.
Assist in monthly financial statements, expense reports, and bank reconciliation.
Monitor daily cash transactions and maintain petty cash records.
Support salary processing and other financial documentation when required.
Purchase & Inventory Support
Coordinate purchase requirements with hospital/clinic departments.
Prepare and maintain purchase orders and purchase-related documents.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, pricing, and deliveries.
Verify purchase invoices against purchase orders and received goods.
Maintain purchase registers and assist in monitoring stock levels.
Ensure proper documentation of medical supplies, medicines, consumables,



and other purchases.
Taxation & Compliance
Assist with GST-related documentation, TDS records, and statutory filings.
Maintain accurate financial records for internal audits and external audits.
Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and policies.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as required.
Coordinate with the Accounts Manager, branch managers, and other departments.
Maintain proper filing of financial and purchase documents.
Perform other accounting and purchase-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
B.Com or equivalent qualification.
Hospital or clinic accounting experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and purchase procedures is an advantage.
Positive communication, organizational, and numerical skills.
Ability to work accurately and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
