Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
Contact potential customers and explain our real estate projects.
Promote residential plots, villas, and property investment opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Arrange site visits and follow up with interested customers.
Negotiate with customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain customer databases and daily sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.

Ability to work towards sales targets.
Kannada, English, and Hindi communication skills are an advantage.
