Job Description – Executive Accountant

Reporting To: Accounts Head / Management

Key Roles & Responsibilities
PPMC & TPA Billing: Maintain pricing, empanelment records, visit charges, petty cash, radiology records, and customer/partner invoices.
Centre & Vendor Management: Verify vendor invoices, coordinate payments and procurement, and maintain centre-wise income, petty cash, and doctor complimentary records.
HNI Costing & Billing: Prepare costing sheets and quotations, obtain pricing approvals, raise invoices, and track outstanding payments.
Head Office Accounts: Maintain petty cash, expense registers, reconciliations, and monthly expense reports.
Camp Revenue Reconciliation: Reconcile camp collections with cash, bank receipts, and supporting documents.
Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, update payment status, coordinate with centres and vendors, support audits, and follow company SOPs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)




Accuracy and timely completion of billing and reconciliations.
Timely vendor invoice verification and payment follow-ups.
Prevention of duplicate or incorrect payments.
Accurate HNI costing and camp revenue reconciliation.
Updated financial records and timely reporting.
Proper documentation, audit readiness, and SOP compliance.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: 12th Pass / B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Experience: 2–4 years in accounting, billing, or finance.
Skills: MS Excel, accounting software, reconciliation, vendor coordination, and financial reporting.
Preference: Experience in diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, healthcare, or TPA operations.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
