Job Description:
We are looking for a warm, professional Receptionist to join our front office team. As the face of the hotel, you will ensure smooth check-ins, assist guests, and maintain a positive front desk setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out efficiently
Manage phone calls, reservations, and OTA bookings
Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Maintain front desk records and ensure smooth shift handovers
Handle guest issues promptly and politely

Requirements:




1+ years of front office or receptionist experience (hotel preferred)
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with hotel software (IDS/Opera) is a plus
Pleasant, professional appearance and approach
Freshers with good communication may also apply
