We’re a shoe, bag and leather care studio in Bengaluru. You’ll be the first and last person our customers meet, so their items need to be secure with you.
What you’ll do
Receive orders at the store and on pickups: inspect, photograph, tag and log each item
Explain services, pricing and timelines to walk-in customers
Check finished orders, pack them and hand them back, and collect payment
Plan each day’s pickup and delivery route, and deliver on time
Keep order records updated on our system
Support the in-store team between runs: packing, stock and basic tasks
Who we’re looking for
Valid driving licence (required)
Knows Bengaluru well and is comfortable with Google Maps
Kannada plus Hindi or English to speak with customers
Comfortable with a smartphone: WhatsApp, photos, straightforward apps or sheets
Polite, presentable and trustworthy, because you’ll handle expensive items
Delivery, retail or counter experience is a plus
