We are looking for a skilled and makeup-certified skilled to provide on-the-job training to Beauty Advisors and retail store staff across retail stores and salon counters.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily field visits to retail stores and salon counters to deliver practical product and sales training.
Train Beauty Advisors on makeup products, application techniques, skincare, and customer consultation.
Conduct live demonstrations to enhance product knowledge and application skills.
Coach staff on customer engagement, upselling, cross-selling, and sales conversion techniques.
Ensure adherence to brand grooming standards, customer service practices, and skilled presentation.
Provide regular mentoring and feedback to improve individual performance and overall team productivity.
Candidate Requirements:
Makeup certification is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of makeup products, application techniques, skincare, and beauty consultations.
Positive communication, presentation, and training skills.
Willingness to travel daily to retail stores
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
