West-In Artisanal Chocolates is looking for an experienced, result oriented sales qualified with a background in the chocolate industry to drive sales and expand our business across domestic and international markets. we are a manufacturer of premium chocolates and cocoa based products, serving diverse market segments through our wide ranging product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
Identify and acquire current customers, distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and B2B clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
Explore new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Drive sales growth across our chocolate and cocoa product portfolio.
Develop business opportunities in relevant segments, including retail, HoReCa, food manufacturing, and corporate gifting.




Take ownership of sales performance and contribute directly to the organization's growth.

Candidate Requirements:
Relevant experience in the chocolate, cocoa, confectionery or related food industry is preferred.
Proven ability to generate leads, acquire customers, and convert opportunities into sales.
Robust business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to independently drive sales and achieve business targets.
A proactive, result oriented approach with a strong focus on revenue growth.
