Job Responsibilities:
Manage CRM portal of the companies.
Assign task to Technicians and coordinate with them.
Resolve customer requests on phone and close the calls.
Motivate technicians to work efficiently.
Place part orders and manage inventory.
Reply related emails quickly and effectively.
Job Requirements:
Candidate should be graduated or above.
He should be experienced in MS Office and Internet.
He should have valuable communication skills.
He should be able to write error-free and understandable Emails in English.
Knowledge of RAC would be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
