We are looking for a Back Office Executive to manage daily operational activities, documentation, data handling, reporting, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills with good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily back-office and operational activities.
Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation.
Enter, verify, and manage data accurately in Excel and company systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Check and verify data and documents for accuracy.
Assist different departments with day-to-day operational requirements.
Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Support process improvements and operational efficiency.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong verbal communication skills in Bengali
Positive coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Good computer knowledge.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Prior experience in back office, coordination, data entry, customer service, or administration will be an added advantage.
