Job Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between employees and management to address HR-related concerns.
Handle employee engagement, grievance handling, and employee relations.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Coordinate with different departments to understand workforce requirements.
Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes.
Support management in implementing HR initiatives and resolving employee issues.
Candidate Requirements
2 years of relevant experience in HR/HRBP roles.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid employee-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Valuable knowledge of HR processes and practices.
Ability to coordinate effectively with employees and management.
