We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and creative person to manage the daily operations of our bouquet and flower shop.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily shop operations from opening in the morning until closing time.
Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable flowers and bouquets.
Build and maintain good customer relationships by providing excellent service.
Create beautiful bouquets, flower arrangements, and customized floral gifts.
Maintain flower freshness, shop cleanliness, and attractive product displays.
Handle customer orders, enquiries, and basic order management.
Ensure the shop runs smoothly and customers have a positive shopping experience.

Requirements




Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Friendly, polite, and responsible attitude.
Interest in flowers, creativity, and bouquet making.
Willingness to learn and manage shop responsibilities independently.
Freshers are welcome; complete training in bouquet making and shop operations will be provided.
