Oversee building and property maintenance and operations.
Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and contractors.
Manage vendors, service contracts, and facility-related budgets.
Ensure health, safety, fire, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor building systems, equipment, and overall functionality.
Manage space utilization, housekeeping, security, and other facility services.
Handle facility emergencies and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain maintenance records, inspections, and compliance documentation.
