HR Executive - Recruitment (Contractual)

Consultancy background candidates with Manufacturing experience will be Preferred

We are seeking a agile, results-driven, and experienced HR Executive Recruitment on Contract to manage and execute full-cycle recruitment

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment & Sourcing
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, draft concise job descriptions, and determine optimal sourcing strategies.
Drive multi-channel sourcing utilizing job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), skilled networks,



employee referrals, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes, evaluate applications against technical and cultural requirements, and conduct preliminary phone/video screenings.
Candidate Experience & Offer Management
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing regular updates and maintaining a positive employer brand.
Manage negotiations on salary, perks, and start dates in alignment with company guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment
