Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients
Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures
Maintain robust candidate relationships
Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment
Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies
Hands-on experience with job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in night shifts
