The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the unique requirements of healthcare staffing, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proactive approach to sourcing and recruiting top talent.
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various healthcare positions including nurses, medical technicians, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they are compelling and targeted to attract the right talent.
Networking: Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Healthcare team management- Planning, employee issue resolution and motivation strategy.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Employee Relations: Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and labor laws.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 8 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
Robust understanding of healthcare roles and industry requirements.
Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Experience with healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.
