Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers by phone and explain relevant life and health insurance products.

Understand customer requirements, address initial questions, and guide interested prospects through the next steps.

Achieve assigned calling, lead-conversion, and sales targets through consistent follow-up.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.

Coordinate with internal teams to support documentation and smooth customer onboarding.

Deliver a qualified customer experience while following approved sales processes and communication standards.

Requirements

Prior experience in telesales, insurance sales, banking products, or a related customer-facing sales role is preferred.

Good spoken communication and active listening skills.

Robust sales orientation with the ability to work toward targets.

Comfort with handling customer objections and making structured follow-up calls.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

This is a full time, in-office opportunity based in Sector 59, Noida. The salary range is ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, with additional incentives linked to performance.
