Role Description The Business Development Executive will work in office in Bengaluru in a full time capacity, focusing on driving new business opportunities and revenue growth for SquareYards. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline,



and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients. The Business Development Executive will also maintain accurate records of client interactions, prepare sales reports, and represent SquareYards at meetings, events, and client visits as required.
Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and convert opportunities.
Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage relationships, negotiate deals, and maintain long-term client partnerships.
Relevant experience in real estate, proptech, financial services, or related sectors is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis is an advantage.
