Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination, offer rollout)
Handle employee onboarding & offboarding processes
Maintain and update HRMS (Zoho People) with employee data, attendance, and leave records
Draft and manage HR policies, agreements, and documentation
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and reimbursements
Address employee queries and act as a point of contact for HR-related concerns
Maintain employee records and documentation (offer letters,
NDAs, SOWs, etc.)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Robust understanding of HR operations and recruitment
Experience with HRMS tools (preferably Zoho People)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance
Good to Have
Experience in a startup or IT services company
Exposure to contractual hiring / SOW-based engagements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
