Job Description

The Lighting Sales Executive will be responsible for developing current business opportunities, building solid client relationships, promoting lighting solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lighting industry.

Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, consultants, and other potential clients.

Promote and explain the company's lighting products and solutions to customers.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.

Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into customers.

Prepare quotations,



negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in lighting, electrical products, home automation, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop client relationships and generate recent business.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and closing skills.
