Key Responsibilities
Products include Vishwas Home Loan and Loan Against Property.
Manage, develop, and enhance deepening of the relationship with channels (Kotak Branches, DSA, Builder).
Responsible for cross-selling CASA and TPP.
Handle a team of executives to achieve business targets (Volume, Cross-sell, Insurance, etc.).
Responsible for achieving sales targets and sales volume.
Ensure productivity along with location productivity.
Ensure customer satisfaction as measured through NPS metrics.
Effectively manage working relationships (e.g., Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, etc.) to drive business outcomes.
Administer and ensure compliance with all business practices.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
Comfortable with field sales activities.
Two-wheeler and local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
