Experience: 2 -10 Years
Qualification: MBA (Sales & Marketing) / Engineering / Diploma
Location: Delhi
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Possess robust, relevant knowledge of OEMs in the battery industry.
Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain and submit daily work/activity reports to management.
Strategic planning and execution to reach revenue targets.
Identification and development of current business opportunities with major OEMs.
Robust relationship management skills with existing OEM clients.




Ability to deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and business proposals.
Proven deal negotiation and closing capabilities.
Ability to collaborate smoothly with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product development).

Preferred Candidate Profile & Background:
Experience in Lead-Acid or Lithium-Ion Batteries (2-Wheeler, 3-Wheeler, or Energy Storage Systems / ESS).
Candidates preferred from Top 10 Battery Companies.
