IT Administrator and Support
O'Two Hotels is seeking an IT Administrator and Support professional to keep our technology workplace stable, secure and guest-ready across Terra by O'Two and Mar by O'Two. This role supports PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, user access, hardware, software, networks and day-to-day troubleshooting, with the calm urgency expected in a luxury hotel environment.
Provide first-line and second-line IT support to hotel teams across front office, reservations, finance, housekeeping, spa, F&B; and administration.
Administer workstations, printers, telephones, mobile devices, email accounts, user profiles and software access.
Support hotel Wi-Fi, network connectivity, POS interfaces, CCTV support touchpoints and guest technology requests.
Maintain IT asset registers, licensing records, equipment logs and support tickets.
Assist with system set-up, new user onboarding, password resets and hardware deployment.
Protect data security, system access control and responsible technology use across the hotel.
Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in hotel IT support, systems administration or hospitality technology support.
Protel PMS experience is essential.




Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, networking basics, printers, user support and hardware troubleshooting.
Experience in an international or internationally branded hotel environment will be highly advantageous.
Experience with hotel pre-opening, POS systems, telephony, access control or CCTV support will be advantageous.
Relevant IT certification will be beneficial.
Able to prioritise urgent operational needs without losing structure.
