About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Draughtsman to support our Offline Retail Projects team in preparing technical drawings for current store openings, retail fit-outs, and store renovations. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of AutoCAD, retail layouts, interior drawings, and fit-out execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD for new retail stores, fit-outs, and renovations.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, and detailed working drawings.
Coordinate with the Projects, Design, and Execution teams to ensure drawings meet site requirements.
Update drawings based on site measurements, design changes, and project requirements.
Prepare detailed drawings for civil, electrical, ceiling, flooring, and furniture/fixture requirements, as applicable.
Support the team with BOQ preparation, measurements, and quantity calculations.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to resolve drawing-related queries.




Ensure drawings are accurate and shared within project timelines.
Assist with site visits to verify measurements and ensure execution is as per approved drawings.
Maintain and update drawings for ongoing projects and store renovations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and 2D drafting.
Experience in retail fit-outs, interior projects, commercial spaces, or store construction.
Knowledge of floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Basic understanding of construction materials, furniture, fixtures, and fit-out execution.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience working on retail stores, showrooms, malls, or commercial interior projects.
Knowledge of site measurements, BOQs, and store execution.
Experience coordinating with contractors and project teams.
