This role is responsible for administering, securing, monitoring, and continuously improving NOV's global Microsoft 365 environment. The Digital Workplace Administrator will support Microsoft 365 and communication and collaboration services for colleagues across more than 60 countries, ensuring reliable, secure, and productive digital workplace services.

The administrator will work across IT teams, business stakeholders, and global users to maintain Microsoft 365 services, support messaging and collaboration platforms, automate administrative processes, troubleshoot operational issues, and contribute to service improvements. The role requires a proactive approach to operations, a robust automation mindset, and a commitment to service reliability, security, and continuous improvement.

Success in this role will be demonstrated through reliable and secure Microsoft 365 operations, effective automation of administrative tasks, reliable mail and collaboration services, timely incident resolution, well-maintained documentation, and continuous enhancement of the end-user experience.
