You’ll play a key role in building our high-performing team, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to meet our fast-paced growth goals.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify top talent across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
Drive a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and optimize the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruiting metrics dashboard.
Collaborate with the HR and leadership teams on employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
Stay updated on market trends,
compensation benchmarks, and best practices in tech hiring.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
3+ years of proven experience in technical recruiting , preferably in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
Java, Python, React, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science).
Experience with ATS tools (e.g., A proactive, data-driven, and relationship-oriented approach to recruiting.
