About the Role We are looking for a high-impact Ecommerce Specialist to take full ownership of our digital shelf. You won't just be managing a website; you'll be the architect of our presence across Amazon , regional marketplaces (Flipkart, etc.), and the booming Quick Commerce ecosystem (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).

The ideal candidate thrives on data, understands the nuances of '10-minute delivery' logistics, and knows how to win the Amazon Buy Box in their sleep.

Key Responsibilities 1. Amazon & General Marketplace Management

Catalog & SEO: Manage end-to-end listings, including high-converting A+ content, SEO-optimized titles, and backend keywords.

Performance Marketing: Lead Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display) to maintain a healthy ACOS/TACOS .

Account Health: Monitor seller central metrics, manage returns, and resolve policy violations or listing suppressions instantly.
Quick Commerce (Q-Com) Strategy

Daily Operations: Manage listings and availability on Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart .

Dark Store Optimization:



Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure high fill rates across specific geographic clusters and dark stores.

Growth Levers: Execute Q-Com specific promotions (Banner placements, 'Brand of the Day,' and combo deals) to drive impulse purchases.
Inventory & Data Analytics

Stock Planning: Forecast demand to prevent stock-outs on Amazon FBA and 'out-of-stock' tags on Quick Commerce.

Reporting: Deliver weekly insights on sales performance, market share (Share of Voice), and competitor pricing strategies.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 2–4 years in Ecommerce Management, specifically handling both traditional marketplaces and Q-Commerce.

Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Q-Com vendor portals.

The 'Speed' Factor: Ability to pivot quickly—Quick Commerce moves in hours, not weeks.

Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are your best friends) and data visualization tools.
