We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager for the Relay Operations Center (ROC) that is in the forefront of solving real time disruptions in the middle mile transportation network for Amazon North America (NA) and Europe (EU). A Supply Chain Manager is expected to
Define goals and able to design a long-term strategy, helps define vision
Ensure customer outcomes are auditable, decisions are data-driven, and work quality is measurable.
Pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures
Manage complex problems/efforts, decisions, and escalations, mitigate long-term risks.
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
2+ years of supply chain experience
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at diverse levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
