We are looking for hands-on Lead Design Architects with robust experience in US-based residential, high-rise residential and commercial projects.
US project experience is mandatory.
What we're looking for:
10–15+ years of architectural experience
Strong hands-on experience with US projects
Experience in residential, high-rise residential and/or commercial buildings
Robust knowledge of IBC, ADA and US building codes
Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills
Strong understanding of architectural detailing and execution
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience taking projects from concept through detailed design and IFC documentation
Ability to work with US clients and multidisciplinary teams
Must remain hands-on with architectural design, not purely coordination or people management
Good to have:
Modular / prefabricated construction experience
Parametric / computational design exposure
Rhino, Dynamo or similar tools
Architect of Record experience
For the Vizag position: The selected candidate will initially work from our Gurugram office to understand our processes, standards and design approach, before transitioning to Vizag.
Important: Candidates without meaningful US project design experience will not be considered.
