Job Title: General Assembly Shop Group Lead : Quality

Key Responsibilities:
Lead quality assurance activities for Trim, Chassis, Final Assembly, and End-of-Line (EOL) operations.
Ensure achievement of vehicle quality KPIs including FPY, DRR, R/1000, warranty prevention, and customer satisfaction targets.
Drive defect containment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and problem-solving activities using 8D, 5 Why, and QRQC methodologies.
Manage Secure Launch, quality gates, layered process audits, and production readiness activities.
Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Service Quality teams for issue resolution.
Lead a team of quality engineers and inspectors to ensure compliance with company and IATF 16949 requirements.

Key Skills
Robust knowledge of vehicle assembly processes and quality systems.
Expertise in PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, and Problem-Solving tools.
Experience in launching new vehicle programs preferred.
Solid leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
