One of our client is looking for a driven HR Executive to join our team and lead key HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
Recruitment & Onboarding : Employee Relations : Maintain employee records and foster a positive workplace culture.
Policy Development : Create and implement HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management : Conduct reviews and support training programs.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)
3+ years of HR experience
Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement
