We are looking for a proactive and analytical Strategy & Operations Associate to work closely with the leadership team on high-impact business priorities across operations, customer experience, growth, and product. The ideal candidate will combine solid problem-solving skills, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution. You will identify business challenges, develop practical solutions, lead cross-functional projects, and build scalable processes that improve efficiency and support business growth.

Analyse ambiguous problems using data, research, and operational insights to develop actionable plans.
Lead cross-functional projects across operations, customer experience, product, growth, retail, and sales.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency, service quality, and business outcomes.
Work with pharmacists, doctors, engineering teams, store teams, and sales personnel to drive project execution.
Use SQL, advanced spreadsheets, and other analytical tools to evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Develop business cases, process improvements, and operational strategies based on data and customer insights.




Monitor project progress, measure outcomes against defined objectives, and make data-backed adjustments.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational scalability, and cross-functional collaboration.
Transition completed initiatives to the relevant teams and ensure sustainable implementation.
3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, growth, business operations, or a founder’s office role; alternatively, an MBA with at least 2 years of professional experience.
Proficiency in SQL or advanced spreadsheet analysis to evaluate business performance and support decision-making.
Robust project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
A hands-on, execution-oriented mindset and willingness to engage directly with customers and frontline operations.
Pharm, M.Pharm, or Pharm.D)or experience in pharmacy, healthcare, health-tech, or healthcare operations is an advantage.
Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth startup setting is also desirable.
