Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our Cloud CRM team. You will be responsible for building and scaling core applications that power our CRM platform .
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, scale, and maintain Cloud CRM applications
Contribute to product architecture and roadmap
Ensure high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code
Mentor junior engineers and lead by example
Requirements:
3+ years of software development experience in Java
Solid in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate
Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
Experience with MySQL (mandatory) ; Redis/MongoDB (added advantage)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
B.Tech from IIT or B.E. in Computer Science from a top NIT/REC
Self-motivated with a passion for building scalable systems
