Role Description The Technical Recruiter role at RecroHub is a full time remote position focused on sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent across various domains and regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job intake with hiring stakeholders through candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.



The Technical Recruiter will use online platforms, professional networks, and talent databases to attract qualified candidates while maintaining robust pipelines for current and future roles. The Technical Recruiter is also expected to maintain accurate recruitment documentation, support process improvements, and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including end-to-end management of the hiring process.

Ability to build and manage candidate pipelines using sourcing tools, job boards, social media, and qualified networks.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and structured interviewing practices.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior experience in agency or corporate recruiting, especially across India, USA, or Gulf markets, is an advantage.
