Job Title: Region Head – Sales

Qube Cinema Technologies

Lead Qube Cinema's business operations and revenue growth across Gujarat, with overall responsibility for sales performance, market expansion, client partnerships, and team leadership across multiple cities. Own the overall revenue performance and business growth for the region

Drive sustainable revenue growth through client acquisition, account expansion, and market development initiatives

Monitor regional business performance, forecast revenues, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets

Maximize inventory monetization across the cinema network

Team Leadership & People Management:

Lead and manage sales teams across multiple cities in Gujarat

Set performance goals, monitor productivity, and drive accountability across regional teams

Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performance sales culture

Help and facilitate teams in achieving their sales targets

Engage with CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships

Lead negotiations for high value deals and annual commercial agreements





Ensure robust client retention and growth of strategic accounts

Market Expansion, Strategic Planning and Solution Selling:

Ideate, develop and sell brand specific solutions that meet their marketing needs

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless campaign execution

Ensure adherence to company policies, commercial guidelines, and operational processes

Prepare and present business reviews, sales forecasts, and performance reports to senior leadership

Drive data led decision making through regular analysis of revenue, pipeline, market share, and client performance metrics

10+ years of experience in media, advertising, or solution sales
Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Experience managing large client portfolios and delivering regional business growth
Solid understanding of media agencies, brand marketing, and advertising ecosystems
This is a full time position based in Ahmedabad. Travel will be required within Gujarat.
