Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter / Senior US IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have robust sourcing skills, a solid understanding of the US hiring landscape, and experience working with diverse IT skill sets, particularly in Data and Cloud domains.
Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding
Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems and trackers
1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment
Solid understanding of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, TN)
Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles such as Java Developers, Salesforce Developers, UX Designers, etc.
Experience sourcing candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster
Ability to work with visa-independent candidates
