Aon is hiring for the role of QA Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, scenarios, and test cases for web-based applications, covering functional, regression, integration, and edge-case testing.

Identify, document, and track software defects with explicit reproduction steps, collaborating closely with developers for timely resolution.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation scripts (Selenium, Playwright) to improve test coverage and execution speed.

Explore and adopt AI-assisted testing tools and techniques to enhance team efficiency and automated defect analysis.

Ensure adherence to QA methodologies, web standards, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and Agile delivery practices.





Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
1+ years of proven work experience in a Quality Assurance role with hands-on experience in web application testing.
Solid knowledge of software QA methodologies, test documentation, and scripting experience in at least one automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and valuable cross-functional collaboration skills.
