Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, presenting Passion AI's influencer marketing solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure. The Sales Specialist will conduct product demos, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms while maintaining accurate records in the CRM. Daily responsibilities include building and nurturing a robust pipeline,



collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and providing feedback to internal teams based on client needs and market trends. The individual in this role will also support training for current clients on the platform, track account performance, and work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B or SaaS environment.

Candidates should possess experience in Training and supporting clients, including explaining complex concepts in clear, easy language.

Candidates should possess Sales Management capabilities, such as forecasting, reporting, and working toward defined revenue goals.

Familiarity with influencer marketing, digital marketing, or ad-tech platforms is highly beneficial.

Comfort using CRM systems and basic sales analytics tools is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Salary: 3 Lakhs/annually + Stipend on each sales (can go upto 10 Lakhs)
