Role & responsibilities
Plan and schedule daily dispatches as per production and sales requirements.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and production teams to ensure on-time dispatch.
Manage transporters, logistics partners, and fleet operations.
Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and e-way bills.
Maintain accurate records of all dispatched goods.
Ensure documentation complies with internal policies and statutory requirements.
Experience in FIFO/LIFO methods are followed for dispatches as applicable.
Assist in monthly stock audits and reconciliations.

2S1Y implementation (5S)
FIFO/LIFO & JIT Supply
SAP HANA Knowledge of PP Moudule
Knowledge of documentation: invoice, delivery challan, e-way bill, LR and Export/Import documentation

Preferred candidate profile
Familiarity with SAP systems and dispatch documentation
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Valuable understanding of Internal Production Planning, dispatch procedures and logistics operations.
