We are looking for a responsible and hardworking individual to handle field collection activities and housekeeping duties. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers or assigned locations for collection follow-ups while also maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of the workplace or property.

Key Responsibilities – Field Collection
Visit assigned customer locations for payment collection and follow-up.
Collect outstanding payments according to company procedures.
Maintain qualified communication with customers regarding pending payments.
Provide payment receipts or collection confirmations as required.
Maintain accurate records of daily collections and field visits.
Submit collected amounts and reports to the concerned department on time.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
Report customer concerns, payment issues, or disputes to the supervisor.
Meet assigned daily and monthly collection targets.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Key Responsibilities – Housekeeping
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, premises, and assigned areas.




Clean floors, rooms, work areas, washrooms, and common areas.
Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, windows, and equipment as required.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain waste-management standards.
Refill housekeeping and hygiene supplies when required.
Maintain cleanliness of pantry and other common areas.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or shortages to the supervisor.
Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are properly maintained.
Follow workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th / 12th standard.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic reading and writing ability.
Honest, reliable, and responsible attitude.
Ability to travel to customer locations.
Basic knowledge of handling cash and maintaining collection records.
Physically fit and comfortable performing housekeeping duties.
Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on time.
