Job Description

We are hiring experienced professionals for leading Life Insurance and Health Insurance companies across multiple locations in India.

We are looking for candidates with prior experience in insurance companies across Sales, Distribution, Relationship Management and Team Handling roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business through assigned insurance sales channels.
- Manage customer relationships and distribution partners.
- Achieve business targets and maintain sales productivity.
- Develop business through Agency, Banca, Direct, Broca and IMF channels, wherever applicable.
- Handle sales teams, branches or channel partners as per the assigned designation.

Eligibility Criteria

- 1–5 years of relevant experience.
- Life Insurance or Health Insurance company experience is mandatory.
- Candidates from Agency, Banca, Direct, Broca,



IMF and other relevant insurance channels are welcome.
- Graduation required as per the position.
- Valuable communication, sales and relationship management skills.

Strict Industry Requirement

Only candidates who have worked with a Life Insurance or Health Insurance company will be considered.

Candidates having experience exclusively in Banking, NBFC, Mutual Funds, General Insurance, FMCG or other non-Life/Health Insurance industries are not eligible.

Candidates must mention their insurance company name, designation, channel and total relevant experience in their application.
